"Pizza Papa" Customer Service Chatbot

 

“When will my pizza's delivery arrive?”
“Why my pizza arrived cold?”
...

These are a few of many popular "riddles", asked by numerous hungry folks, mostly towards ones' self, or the pizzeria's customer service representative via chat.

I was given the privilege to R&D a pizzeria's customer service chatbot, along with Ana Friberg, as part of "Practical Artificial Intelligence & Natural Language Processing" course, lectured by Shachar Grembek and Yair Liberzon.

Meet "Pizza Papa" Customer Service Chatbot – a sweet chatbot which detects and handles customer "riddles" such as deliveries, complains, etc.
